Our gluten free pizza dough is made with the following flours: sorghum, tapioca, sweet rice, brown rice, white rice
and millet. While we have implemented several operational procedures which greatly help to reduce the risk of
cross contamination of our gluten free pizzas from wheat flour, gluten free pizzas are prepared and cooked in our restaurant which does contain wheat flour.

PLEASE BE AWARE that we exhaust all efforts to keep these pizzas isolated, however we are unable to guarantee that any gluten free pizza is totally free from possible wheat flour contamination and assume no responsibility that
may result.

Gluten Free Pizza comes in a 15” size which has 6 slices, serves 2-3.
